چکیده
Objective This meta-analysis aims to evaluate the efficacy and safety of autologous platelet-rich plasma (PRP) administration in reducing adhesion recurrence improving pregnancy outcomes patients with intrauterine (IUA). Methods We conducted a comprehensive search Pubmed, Embase, Cochrane Library, Web Science, Scopus, China National Knowledge Internet (CNKI) from inception February 10, 2023, without any language or regional restrictions. used random-effects models assess odds ratios (OR) weight mean differences (WMD) 95% confidence intervals (CI). Results Our included total 730 10 clinical studies (6 RCTs 4 non-RCTs). The results showed that PRP significantly increased endometrial thickness (WMD = 0.79, CI: 0.40–1.19; P < 0.001; I 2 0.0%), menstrual volume 2.96, CI 2.30–3.61; days menstruation 1.13, 0.86–1.41; 0.0%). Additionally, rate was also improved (OR 1.82, 1.19-2.78; 0.006; However, there insufficient evidence reach conclusion regarding effects on moderate severe IUA, changes AFS scores, miscarriage rate, live birth rate. Conclusions analysis confirms is an effective treatment for IUA. limited sample size suggests should be interpreted caution. Therefore, larger well-designed are necessary future confirm these findings explore optimal dosing regimens further.
